Role description Job Title: Data Analyst Experience: 4-8 Years Location: Trivandrum & Pune Department: Data & Analytics / Business Intelligence Mandatory Skills:Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Trivandrum or Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in working with data to deliver business insights and support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical solutions that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and structure raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Use Excel and SQL extensively for data manipulation, querying, and reporting. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Apply statistical techniques and analytical reasoning to solve business problems. Communicate data insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand and meet data requirements. Mandatory Skills Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following tools and technologies: Excel - Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting SQL - Strong skills in writing queries and data manipulation Tableau - Experience building interactive dashboards and data visualizations Power BI - Ability to create and manage reports for business intelligence Additional Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with data cleaning techniques and best practices Ability to present complex data in a simple and clear format Good interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of basic statistical analysis methods Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Exposure to working in Agile environments Skills Summary Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI (Mandatory) Skills Excel,Sql,Tableau,Power Bi
