Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will help grow and engage our online communities across Web, all social platforms, email, and other digital platforms. From briefing emails and forms in Pardot to building landing pages in WordPress and publishing content across digital channels, you'll be instrumental in supporting campaign delivery. This role will also support internal communications such as Viva Engage, newsletters and Town Halls.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience in marketing technology, campaign execution, and performance analysis in a collaborative, global environment.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Build and maintain landing pages, registration pages, and campaign microsites using WordPress.

  • Prepare and submit briefs for Pardot email campaigns and forms, ensuring proper segmentation, tracking, and compliance.

  • Support social media implementation including post scheduling, campaign tagging, employee advocacy content, and basic community management on platforms like LinkedIn and Sprinklr.

  • Coordinate and track paid social campaigns, reporting key performance indicators and providing optimization suggestions.

  • Report digital performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Pardot, LinkedIn analytics) to track effectiveness and support reporting. Provide recommendations for improvements based on results

  • Support SEO/SEM initiatives by optimizing digital content for search, collaborating with paid media teams, and applying keyword strategies to improve visibility and performance.

  • Contribute to marketing automation efforts by assisting with email journey mapping, lead nurturing workflows, and campaign execution in Salesforce and Pardot, with attention to CRM integration and data hygiene.

  • Support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and web.

  • Understand the business strategies and plans and provide digital execution recommendations to support those plans

  • Work with regional marketers and agencies to execute regional marketing campaigns

  • Maintain campaign calendars, support promotional timelines, and ensure timely deployment of assets.

  • Assist in executing internal communications initiatives, including newsletters, intranet updates (SharePoint), and event-related content.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business unit marketers, designers, and external agencies to execute campaigns on time and within brand guidelines.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or audience engagement.

  • B2B marketing experience, preferably in the biosciences or life sciences industries.

  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office, Canva, WordPress, SharePoint, and various ManTech platforms.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex information and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
