Waste Connections is looking for a safety conscious Labor/Forklift Operator to join our GROWING team in Apache Junction, Arizona. Schedule:$6:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday Pay: $18.00 per hour In this position you will be operating our loader or baler, also along with trucks and smaller equipment at our recycling facility. On top of competitive pay we offer family benefits, 401k, vacation, and year round OT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Pushing recyclables onto an incline belt * Loading recycle materials in a hopper * Loading dump trucks, open top trailers, and pushing up piles of yard debris * Responsible for equipment inspection * Assisting customers and employees as needed MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience in operating Forklifts and Balers * Ability to be self-directed as well as work in a team environment * Ability to work in all weather conditions * Must be 18 years of age or older.
