Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Lead, Account Management Operations Enablement to our team!

The Lead, Account Management Operations Enablement is a cross-functional role focused on enhancing operational workflows and supporting clinical initiatives within Account Management. This position blends process improvement, automation strategy, training, and operational coordination to drive efficiency, quality, and consistency across internal teams and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

    Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across Account Management and Clinical Operations.
  • Support implementation of automation tools and digital solutions in collaboration with IT and data teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation of updated processes, including SOPs and work instructions.
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of clinical operations workflows, with a focus on member prior authorization (MPA) processes, formulary execution, and benefit design alignment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and strategic advisor to Account Management teams on MPA standards, implementation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the development and refinement of clinical process documentation, including QA protocols, operational standards, and training materials.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for Account Management and Clinical Operations teams related to new workflows, automation tools, and clinical processes.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing training for team members on clinical operations standards, MPA procedures, and benefit design changes.
  • Support quality assurance efforts across claims adjudication, member communications, and client outreach.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools that provide insights into operational performance and client health.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 5+ years in healthcare operations, account management, or process improvement required.
  • Experience with pharmacy benefits management and clinical workflows required.
  • Experience with automation tools or digital process enhancements preferred.
  • Experience in training or adult education preferred.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
