We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Program and Project Management Manager to join our Enterprise Transformation Organization team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage multiple teams of project managers who serve as the primary contact for internal clients and groups within the organization for medium to large scale projects.
• Oversee end-to-end project management activities including project reporting, planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client and relationship management, and project documentation preparation.
• Serve as a liaison between internal clients and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification, maintaining regular contact with peers throughout the firm and externally, including regulators and professional organizations.
• Proactively manage multiple teams of project managers, act as a subject matter expert providing guidance on complex business or technical issues, lead status meetings for major projects, and facilitate risk mitigation and resolution of complex issues.
• Direct recruitment efforts, manage and develop teams to maximize their collective contributions, motivate lower-level managers to encourage professional growth, and assist in identifying business unit requirements.
• Create project and process specifications, coordinate with project teams to ensure high impact projects are on schedule and within budget and manage multiple project management teams to achieve team goals and objectives.
  
  

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
• 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred.
