OverviewWe are seeking a Business Program Manager to support operations across Employment and Immigration Law (E+I Law), including high volume immigration filing lifecycle, employment law operations, budget, and vendor management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and working with diverse teams to support the company's legal framework. ResponsibilitiesStreamline and simplify operations across E+I Law domains, including immigration, employment law, and business processes, implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies. Support the business manager with the department's budget, including reporting, annual and quarterly reforecasts, monthly reconciliation, and timely billing and approval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's legal and regulatory requirements. Drive strategic operational projects and initiatives that contribute to the company's success. | |
