Now Hiring: Customer Service Representatives! Are you a seasoned call center pro or a retail rockstar ready for your next big move? What You'll Do: * Be the friendly voice for tax professionals and consumers using our tax software * Handle 50+ inbound calls daily, answering within 30 seconds * Help consumers understand our Refund Advantage program (think faster refunds via loans!) * Support small business clients-mostly mom-and-pop tax shops * Make outbound "Discovery" calls to reconnect with past customers (no selling!) * Transfer interested clients to our sales team-no pressure, no quotas * Provide chat and email support when needed * Accurately document calls and customer requests * Keep service levels and call quality above 90% What We're Looking For: * 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred) * High-level retail experience welcome (bank tellers, store leads, supervisors) * Strong communication and multitasking skills * Comfortable navigating multiple systems and entering data quickly * Excel knowledge and chat/email support experience are a plus * Bilingual? Even better! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
