What You'll Be Doing: * Handle work ticket orders for national accounts via phone or electronic systems (many calls are outbound). * Qualify and verify customer requests with accuracy and professionalism. * Check technicians in and out, and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or internal divisions. * Ensure prompt and knowledgeable service that meets customer satisfaction. * Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned. What You Bring: * 1+ year of customer service experience . * Previous call center experience is a plus. * Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Demonstrated tenure and reliability (at least one year at each previous position). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
