Description MaineHealth Behavioral HealthProfessional - Clinical For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to$10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Behavioral Health Clinicians! Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 3 months separation from employment. Bonuses may be prorated based on schedule. ~ 40 Hours/week, Full-Time, Day shift ~ *Remote within Maine, upon completing initial training and willing to travel to in-person trainings occasionally (typically twice a year) Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 3-5 years of experience doing clinical work is required. Experience working with the perinatal population preferred. This is a new innovative position, aimed at supporting access to patients across the state of Maine under the MaineHealth umbrella. This is a fully* remote position integrated within a virtual same day access telehealth team. As a behavioral health clinician in this role, you will be supporting patients who are pregnant up to one year postpartum. Treatment is targeted with a focus on skills and effective management of any co/occurring mental health conditions. It could include family and group therapy options. Being part of this role you will be connected to a larger behavioral health program integrated within the MaineHealth system. Access to supervision, psychiatry consultation, and group trainings. Summary The role of Behavioral Health Clinician III, working under an independent license, involves providing comprehensive care and support to clients with behavioral health needs. The key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The Behavioral Health Clinician III will have specialized skills in three out of nine advanced skills domains, such as Teaching, Quality & Process Improvement, Research, and Supervision/Mentoring.
