As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor alarm panels, manage access control, and handle badge requests to help to deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with onsite teams, and maintaining clear communication to support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage communications for the property, including receiving and dispatching calls for service and assistance.
• Assist with coordinating responses to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner at the commercial real estate location.
• Document and log incidents, activities, and communications as required by site-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service by interacting with tenants, visitors, and vendors, addressing inquiries and directing them as appropriate.
• Follow and implement site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related activities and emergency situations.
• Support Allied Universal security-related procedures in accordance with client expectations and location requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
