  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle JD Edwards ERP, as well as related platforms such as MES, QMS, CRM, and reporting systems.
  • Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements-ensuring quality through robust documentation and user validation.
  • Collaborate across IT and business teams to support integration, data flow, and automation across platforms.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, managing priorities and communicating progress effectively.
  • Research emerging technologies (including AI and automation tools) to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Develop documentation, process maps, and training materials that promote consistent use of enterprise systems.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to peers, fostering a culture of shared learning and improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in business analysis, enterprise application support, or ERP configuration (JD Edwards preferred).
  • Experience with at least one additional platform such as MES, QMS, CRM, or HCM.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes-production planning, materials management, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, automation, and data flow management.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or low-code tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments and understanding of SDLC and ITIL principles.
