We're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You'll serve as a bridge between our business teams and IT-translating needs into Salesforce solutions that deliver real impact across sales, service, and marketing. You'll be part of a team that doesn't just maintain systems-we improve them. You'll support and enhance Worthington's Salesforce environment, drive process optimization, and ensure integration across enterprise platforms. This position is a hybrid role spending at least 2 days/week on-site at our Columbus, OH headquarters. Travel (up to 15%) may be required to provide on-site support, training, and partnership with facilities. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. What You'll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders and the Salesforce Product Owner to define, document, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce (objects, flows, automation, page layouts, etc.) to meet business needs while maintaining system stability.
- Support integrations with enterprise platforms such as Oracle JDE, Snowflake, Kinaxis, and Cority Trubox.
- Manage user provisioning, data quality, permissions, and system performance.
- Lead testing, release management, and change control processes to ensure successful deployments.
- Create documentation and deliver user training to promote adoption and engagement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Stay on top of Salesforce innovations and emerging tools-identifying opportunities to bring value through automation and AI.
What You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in business analysis, Salesforce administration, or enterprise systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of Flow Automation, Lightning, and Salesforce AI (Einstein, AgentForce).
- Understanding of data integration across ERP and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, SDLC, and ITIL best practices.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communicator-able to translate between technical and business audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a drive for continuous improvement.
