About Allstate Dealer Services (ADS)

Allstate Dealer Services (ADS), part of the Allstate family of companies, has over three decades of experience in the Finance & Insurance (F&I) industry. We provide a full suite of Allstate-branded F&I products, services, and programs designed to give consumers peace of mind while helping our dealer partners grow their businesses.

The ADS Finance team is at an exciting inflection point. We are building new processes, standing up advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, and reimagining how Finance partners with the business to drive growth and profitability.

About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analysis Senior Consultant to join our growing team. This highly visible and strategic role will focus on supporting Sales Leaders and shaping dealer partner incentive and compensation programs. You will own the strategy, design, and analytics behind programs that directly impact dealer behavior and profitability, with particular emphasis on Administrative Fee modeling, Sales Compensation programs, and dealer economics.

Importantly, this role is not limited to incentive modeling work. You will also act as a strategic business advisor to Sales Leaders, providing financial support that helps them make better decisions, strengthen dealer partner relationships, and identify growth opportunities across the business.

While your primary focus will be Sales, this role provides exposure across the full P&L and the chance to influence broader ADS priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as anobjective business advisor to Sales Leaders, partnering on strategies and decisions that strengthen dealer partner relationships and drive profitable growth.
  • Lead thedesign, modeling, analytics, and evaluation of Admin Fee and Sales Compensation programs, including scenario modeling and multi-year outlooks.
  • Deliver a clearstoryline of monthly and quarterly results with insights and actionable recommendations for Sales leadership.
  • Providefinancial measurement, performance tracking, and deep-dive analytics to support Sales problem solving and dealer partner growth initiatives.
  • Offerthought leadership and direction to Sales Leaders and business partners, influencing strategies that improve dealer economics and program effectiveness.
  • Build and maintainreporting frameworks and financial tools to track performance, program ROI, and dealer partner profitability.
  • Championprocess improvements and new methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of financial reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Pricing, Claims, and Operations to align on dealer partner strategies and priorities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Preferred: Previous experience supporting sales growth initiatives and compensation program modeling.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate withminimal leader guidance, taking full ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
  • Proven ability tobuild new processes, tools, or analytical frameworks that deliver deeper insights and operational improvements.
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and planning skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent collaborator and consultant, skilled at influencing across functions (e.g., Sales, Product, Pricing, Claims, Operations) and levels of leadership.
  • Systems thinker who understands how dealer partner incentives, compensation programs, and broader P&L drivers connect.
  • Quick learner who isresourceful in the absence of documentation and able to thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
