Position Summary:

A student advocate counselor plays a vital role in fostering personal growth, confidence, and social-emotional development in young learners. This position involves designing and implementing structured, age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration, teamwork, and problem-solving. Responsibilities include creating a supportive and engaging environment where students can build positive relationships, discover new interests, and develop essential skills for their academic and personal success.

Essential Duties:



  • Understand and promote the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Creates lesson plans aligned with the theme of the month.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or its equivalents.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to offer, receive, and respond professionally to feedback on drafts of written documents and other products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Efficient Team management skills.
