Description We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to provide on-site support at a construction site. This role focuses on ensuring seamless functionality of Office365 tools and services for site personnel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, outdoor environment and possess strong troubleshooting skills. Proven experience with Office365 suite, including Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, construction site environment Must own steel toe boots (required for site access) Other PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided by the company Basic understanding of network connectivity and mobile device support is a plus Skills Troubleshooting, Technical support, Customer service, office 365, Desktop, Windows 10, Support, Help desk support Top Skills Details Troubleshooting,Technical support,Customer service,office 365 Additional Skills & Qualifications Configure and troubleshoot email accounts for site staff Manage SharePoint access, permissions, and document collaboration Set up and support Microsoft Teams for meetings and communication Provide general guidance and issue resolution for Office365 applications Maintain clear documentation of support activities and user issues Collaborate with remote IT teams to escalate and resolve complex problems This role is based entirely on-site; remote work is not available Candidates must be comfortable navigating active construction zones Training (remote) and onboarding will be provided Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tucson, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
