Sr. Project Control Analyst

Salaried exempt:

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $95,000- $100,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Cape Fox Shared Services is seeking an experienced Project Control Analyst. Primary duties are below:

• Support the Program Managers to successfully manage the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
• Monitor contract funding and coordinate with project leaders and contract admins for required notifications on limitations and requests for additional funding or submitting the risk authorization as needed.
• Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
• Perform detailed reporting and analysis of monthly financial information, compare budget and actual costs incurred, expenditures and financial swings from month to month.
• Work with team members to provide new ideas on how to improve project control processes and procedures.
• Participate in the implementation of annual budgets in Costpoint to provide visibility into the business.
• Prepare the annual DCAA provisional indirect rate letters and enter the provisional rates in Costpoint.
• Aim to understand the reporting needs and demands of the bank, and effectively provide accurate financial reports and data to meet their requests.
• Support Joint Venture accounting and finance initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits as needed and ensure policies and procedures are met.
• Ad hoc and cross functional projects as assigned.
• May support the annual incurred cost submission process
• May provide support for specific Federal contracts or entities similar to a Project Accountant based upon need.
