The Opportunity The Marketing Project Coordinator is a pivotal member of the Strategic Initiatives Planning team, responsible for supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all marketing projects. This role applies formal project management methodologies to oversee multiple concurrent projects through their full lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring and closeout. The Marketing Project Coordinator collaborates closely with internal teams, vendors and university stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within scope and schedule. He/she would serve as a liaison across other departments to ensure project expectations are being met. This position should demonstrate effective communication, identify and mitigate risks, maintain documentation and organization in order to provide regular progress reporting to leadership.
