We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our client's team, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference, directly influencing advertising spend and campaign effectiveness across a massive digital ecosystem. Your strategic insights and hands-on execution will be critical in delivering exceptional results and fostering strong client relationships.

**What You'll Be Working On:**

You will be instrumental in key initiatives designed to enhance advertising performance and client success, including:

* Developing and constructing comprehensive media plans.

* Providing crucial support for campaign optimizations and recommending strategies to secure incremental advertising spend.

* Assisting with the submission of tickets to address and resolve item health reports, ensuring campaign integrity.

**Responsibilities:**

* Plan, execute, manage, and optimize both managed service and self-service advertising campaigns.

* Apply a deep understanding of both upper-funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower-funnel (direct response, conversion, search) campaign tactics.

* Define key metrics and meticulously measure campaign success using internal analytics tools.

* Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the entire digital campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale to post-sale.

* Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials within the team's shared document repository.

* Provide daily campaign maintenance, including addressing internal inquiries regarding tracking and status of various campaigns.

* Cultivate and nurture relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service.

* Traffic campaign tags into various ad technology environments.

* Oversee the campaign Quality Assurance process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.

* Formulate compelling proposals for new client opportunities.

* Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.

* Collaborate with the Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation.

* Provide regular insights to clients, detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.

* Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation.

* Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.

* Provide comprehensive campaign wrap-up reports.

* Provide monthly auditing reports to partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.

* Attend client meetings as needed.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Four-year college degree.

* 3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.

* Prior online trafficking and campaign management experience.

* Experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions.

* Excellent communication and writing skills.

* Strong project management skills.

* Ability to advise partners on best practices and identify areas of opportunity.

* Comfortable communicating with team members via email, Slack, and on calls.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is to $47.52/hr to $52.80/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
