We are producing a cutting edge advanced Command and Control system that requires a SW Test Engineer with experience in the CUAS C2 domain.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Test Engineer to design and implement robust test strategies and procedures to uncover, document, and facilitate the resolution for product defects throughout the full testing lifecycle. This role requires working directly with the engineering team applying analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges to ensure the product meets or exceeds quality standards and customer expectations.

What you will do:

This position plays a pivotal role in guiding test strategy, working with a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and compliant systems to meet complex operational needs. The role will include the following activities:



  • Facilitate software releases across a portfolio of mature products
  • Develop test plans and procedures
  • Execute test procedures
  • Develop and compose test reports
  • Develop Verification Requirements Traceability Matrix (VRTM)
  • Assist in identifying gaps in existing test coverage and expanding test coverage to include new product requirements.
  • Customer engagement to uncover system requirements
  • providing test traceability to product specification
  • support field test events and analysis
  • Make recommendations to improve engineering and test processes


Position Requirements:



  • Seven (7+) years' experience in Systems or Test Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to sometimes rapidly changing project priorities
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and requirements capture systems
  • Strong communication and team working skills to effectively collaborate
