Job Details Make a Difference Every Day Join ChristianaCare's Food & Nutrition Services team as a Food Service Leader and play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality meal service to patients, staff, and visitors. Location: Wilmington Hospital - Food & Nutrition Services Schedule: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM (Hours may vary based on departmental needs) Job Type: Full-Time \| Non-Exempt Rotation: Every other weekend and holiday rotation required What You'll Do Supervise and support food service staff across various work areas Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and quality standards Train and mentor new team members Adjust daily work schedules to meet operational needs Promote a positive, service-minded culture Communicate policies and ensure workflows are followed Submit and follow up on maintenance requests Perform Service Assistant duties as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of institutional food service experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Intermediate computer skills Commitment to safety, hygiene, and confidentiality Why Choose ChristianaCare? Hourly Pay Range: $18.75 - $22.91 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
