How you can make a difference

The Sr Talent Partner/Sourcer develops and leads specialized recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent. This role partners closely with business leaders, People Business Partners, and Talent leadership to understand evolving talent needs, proactively build pipelines, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from first touchpoint through hire. This role will report to a Manager, Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing

    Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment and sourcing process, from intake to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels-CRM, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and industry events-to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.

  • Build and maintain robust, diverse talent pipelines for critical and future roles through ongoing sourcing campaigns and relationship management.

  • Collaborate with hiring leaders and People Business Partners to ensure accurate job scoping, targeted outreach, and informed hiring decisions.

  • Act as a sourcing subject matter expert (SME), educating stakeholders on market insights, talent availability, and innovative sourcing tactics.

  • Leverage analytics and sourcing data to refine recruitment strategies and measure effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations to continuously enhance pipeline health and sourcing ROI.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase sourcing efficiency, recruiter productivity, and candidate engagement.

  • Provide training and mentorship to hiring teams and peers on sourcing best practices and inclusive hiring.

  • Stay current on emerging sourcing tools, technologies, and trends to continuously innovate and elevate the function.

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Five years recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing for corporate roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building passive talent pipelines and using data-driven sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.

  • Proven success developing and implementing comprehensive recruiting and sourcing strategies that align with business goals.

  • Proficiency in ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing and recruitment technologies.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret sourcing and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, projects, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to influence leaders and represent the organization externally.

Salary Range

$80,000 To $100,000 / year
