Position Title:Business Continuity Analyst Business Unit:Business Continuity Reports to:Varies by Assignment Position Overview: This position will play a pivotal role in strengthening our resiliency posture by supporting initiatives that safeguard critical systems, ensure operational resiliency and support rapid recovery in the face of various threats and application outages. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight, technical fluency, and continuity expertise to help evolve our response capabilities. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with various departments to create and maintain comprehensive Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plan, and Incident Response Plans, including Hazard-Specific Playbooks. This includes assessing plans following business disruptions and exercises for potential gaps and ensuring the areas for improvement are remediated. Serve as the primary on-call contact (on a rotating basis) for business disruptions affecting FNB, ensuring rapid response and coordination. This includes partnering with departments to identify impacts (leveraging their Business Impact Analyses) to the corporation, implement continuity strategies to maintain operations, and prioritize the recovery of business processes. Design, facilitate, and evaluate exercises that test Business Continuity Plan(s) and Incident Response Plan(s). This also includes supporting departmental testing of critical business processes during Disaster Recovery Exercises. Promote continuous improvement and innovation in contingency planning, leveraging data, and stakeholder feedback to enhance program delivery. This includes the strategic utilization and development of FNB's Business Continuity and Incident Management platform. Apply strong project management skills to assist the team in executing new initiatives, including defining scope, staying on track with established timelines, allocating the appropriate resources, collaborating with others effectively, and meeting its intended deliverables. Develop reports for leadership that highlight critical updates within the Business Continuity, Emergency Management, and Physical Security programs, including outlining data trends, project progress, and risk and performance metrics. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
