Snowflake is building a new and dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) function and is seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior L&D Program Manager to lead the design, piloting, and iteration of innovative learning initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help build a global learning function from the ground up: creating and implementing cutting-edge programs that support employee development, fostering a culture of engagement, and driving employee impact. The Senior L&D Program Manager will work closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify broad learning objectives and will have the opportunity to experiment with new approaches. Important: This role is based in our Menlo Park office, with a 2-3 day in office requirement. RESPONSIBILITIES:
