LFS, Inc. was established in 1967 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Trident Seafoods. Our corporate headquarters is in Bellingham, WA and we have three year-round locations in Washington State: Bellingham, Seattle, and Poulsbo. LFS also has five year-round locations in Alaska: Anchorage, Cordova, Dutch Harbor, Homer (Kachemak Gear Shed), and Sitka; and twoseasonal locations inDillingham and Naknek. While our core business is supplying the commercial fishing industry, we have evolved to include industrial and sports netting sales, hydraulic sales and services, wholesale/industrial sales, recreational marine and outdoor sales, and internet sales.

Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator works with the LFS Management Team, the Store Managers and the Internet Managers to develop and implement the marketing strategy and advertising initiatives for LFS Inc. This role involves creating impactful campaigns across both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels. The Marketing Coordinator ensures the seamless implementation of innovative strategies that align with the company's objectives.

  • Strategy Development:Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand strength and achieve corporate goals.
  • Campaign Management:Plan, develop, and distribute impactful marketing campaigns to serve both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce platforms.
  • Digital Marketing:Oversee advertising efforts on platforms like Google, Amazon, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and similar digital channels, leveraging analytics tools to optimize performance.
  • Vendor & Event Marketing:Coordinate with vendors and execute marketing initiatives for events, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Budgeting:Analyze, monitor, and audit marketing budgets to ensure cost-efficient and high-impact campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Evaluate campaign performance, present actionable insights, and recommend continuous improvements for marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work in partnership with sales, operations, purchasing, accounting, store management, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with corporate priorities.
  • Process Optimization:Continuously evaluate marketing processes to enhance efficiency, communication, and collaboration within the team.

This is an exempt position with an annualized salaryrange of $82,000to $87,000.

LFS offers a comprehensive and quality benefits package. Minimum Requirements

Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs)

  • Experience:Minimum of 5 years in marketing roles, with proven success in campaign management and department leadership.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Technical Proficiency:Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Shopify, Netsuite, Epicor, and similar systems.
  • Project Management:Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder updates.

Preferred education and experience

  • Analytical Skills:Strong ability to assess and analyze marketing budgets and campaign data, providing actionable insights.
  • Vendor relations and event marketing management experience.
  • Proficiency in campaign development and execution across diverse channels.
  • Strong understanding of department and resource management best practices.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.

Work environment: This is a corporate-level role based at LFS Inc. headquarters. Occasional travel may be required for events, campaigns, and collaborations. The position operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment designed to foster innovation and professional growth.
