We're currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Service Coordinatorto join our Service Department and help drive success through leadership, organization, and exceptional customer support.

Location: Elmhurst, IL

Job Description:

• Assist in facilitating the onboarding process and conduct orientation sessions for all newly hired team members

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Plan, coordinator, and oversee the execution of job fairs and recruitment events.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on our digital platform.

• Coordinator and assist with employee engagement activities.

• Provide coverage and support for Office Administrator, during their absence.

• Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, and other documents for employees.

• Assist with various other administrative duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager.

• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must Associates degree but Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 2-4 years of Human Resource experience is required.

• Previous experience with Microsoft 385 and SharePoint is required.

The typical pay range for this position ranges from $28.85 - $33.65 / hr. in IL. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
