Position Compensation Range: $97,000.00 - $164,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. The Maryland and Delaware Commercial Business Development Executive directly relates to the AmFam Group strategy of being customer driven, a multiproduct carrier that includes attracting and retaining customers. This is a revenue generating position that's responsible for growing the independent agent commercial and farm lines of business in Maryland and Delaware. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining a roughly $10,000,000 territory. You will report to the Director, Regional Sales. In this primarily field-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working in either Maryland or Delaware, directly interacting with customers, Agents, Agency Staff, etc. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training, and culture events.
