We're seeking a skilled and dependable AV Technician who's passionate about audio-visual systems and ready to grow with a company that's making a big impact in education and community spaces. What You'll Do * Install and service AV infrastructure: speakers, amplifiers, digital signage, video screens, and cabling. * Occasionally lead small AV projects (crew of 3 or fewer). * Work in environments like K-12 schools, universities, auditoriums, and places of worship. * Travel to job sites throughout New England (mileage reimbursed). Top Skills We're Looking For * Strong AV experience with systems like Creston, BiAmp, Q-SYS, and CTS certification (preferred). * Solid troubleshooting and installation skills. * Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow. * Able to lift 50 lbs and pass a DOT physical. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required. Nice-to-Haves * AV certifications (CTS, etc.) - not required but a big plus. * Experience in structured AV environments. Location Requirement Must live in the Greater Charleston, SC area. Company has offices in Massachusetts, Chicago, and Ohio. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charleston, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $38.00/hr.
