As a Security Guard - Retail Patrol Driver in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Allied Universal Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will be responsible for conducting regular patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the premises as needed and remain highly visible to support security-related efforts. You will provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with the public and team members, embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the retail or mall location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or potential risks encountered during patrols.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership about incidents, concerns, or emergencies.
• Assist customers, staff, and visitors with directions or general inquiries as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
• Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring the location for potential theft or policy violations.
• Adhere to all site-specific guidelines and instructions provided by Allied Universal and/or on-site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
