What We're Looking For

Strategic Planning and Alignment:

Support the EVP in formulating and executing the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering strategy in line with Marvell's corporate goals. Ensure that all engineering initiatives are aligned with the company's long-term vision and business objectives.

Operational Excellence:

Drive improvements in operational processes and systems to enhance the efficiency of Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering. Proactively identify and address challenges and ensure the organization is running at maximum effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with key stakeholders across engineering, product development, operations, finance, and sales to ensure alignment on engineering priorities and goals. Act as the point of contact for other business units, facilitating communication and decision-making between teams.

Project and Program Management:

Oversee and manage the execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects that span various departments within the company. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality. Establish KPIs and track progress on key initiatives.

Leadership and Team Support:

Serve as an advisor to the EVP, providing insights and guidance on key organizational decisions. Support the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering leadership team by managing operational cadence, organizing leadership meetings, and ensuring key priorities are consistently addressed.

Communications Management:

Manage internal messaging with key stakeholders across the company and act as a key interface with critical external stakeholders to represent the EVP and Marvell. Works with vendors, suppliers, industry associations, universities and other critical partners to Marvell to prepare communications, develop and/or review agreements, create presentation materials and other related activities.

Data-Driven Reporting:

Provide regular updates to the EVP and senior leadership team on the performance of the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering organization. Leverage data and insights to highlight areas for improvement and track key success metrics.

Change Management:

Lead efforts to introduce new processes, technologies, and tools to improve productivity and drive innovation within Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering. Work with HR and leadership to ensure the adoption of these initiatives and to manage organizational change effectively.

Resource and Budget Management:

Work closely with the finance team to manage the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering budget. Support resource planning and allocation to ensure teams have the necessary tools, technology, and staff to meet goals.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

218,760 - 327,700, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
