Description

Annual salary of $67,000.

Responsible for the overall strategy design and management of Health Care Collaborations and evaluation development for Neighbor to Neighbor, Senior Corps, Caregiver Respite, Healthy Transition and Friendly Helper programs. This includes developing strategic community partnerships, program evaluation tools and processes. The incumbent will also provide management in the development, coaching and mentoring of staff. This position includes budget and grant development with fiscal oversite responsibilities, including the initiation and management of all healthcare contracts.

Qualifications:



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Social Work, Business Development or a related field required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Business Development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience developing a strategic plan to recruit staff, clients or volunteers with a proven track record of results is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in social ministry, older adult, service development, grant writing, collaborations and organization development is required.
  • Strong preference that the candidate have extensive experience with building community relationships and strategic collaborations.
  • The position requires excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills. The ability to interact effectively with persons from diverse cultures and backgrounds is highly important.
  • The position required excellent reasoning and analytical skills in order to understand and effectively interpret agency policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Able to take initiative to solve problems as well as capitalize on opportunities in such areas as new business, revenue sources, and attracting and retaining qualified staff, which requires creativity, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • A driver's license is required.
