 Recruiter: Spencer Gregory Hale Sr. Business Process Admin About the role: As a Sr. Business Process Administrator supporting the Field Action Process within the Global Quality Systems organization at Boston Scientific, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of Field Action Administrative Activities. In this position, you will specifically support customer communications, the product returns process and monitor field action activities. Your responsibilities will include tracking customer responses, facilitating product returns within the BSC SAP System, and managing incoming external customer communications via email and phone. In addition, you will be essential in creating Field Action training and other continuous improvement activities. Your responsibilities will include:
