Position Overview We're seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team and help maintain the critical systems that keep our distribution center running smoothly. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys solving complex problems and working with advanced automated equipment. Schedule & Compensation Hours:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Day Shift) Flexibility:Occasional evening shift coverage may be required Compensation:$30.00-$32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Status:Full-time with benefits What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electromechanical systems Support key equipment: conveyors, AFrame sorters, printers, strappers, compressors, and more Use advanced diagnostics to reduce downtime and improve efficiency Mentor junior team members and collaborate with vendors Stay current with new technologies and equipment What You Bring 3+ years industrial maintenance or electrical experience (5+ preferred) Strong AC/DC troubleshooting and schematic reading skills Knowledge of LOTO and OSHA safety standards Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Comfortable using lifts, ladders, and diagnostic tools; able to lift up to 75 lbs Preferred Trade school certification or technical degree Experience with automated distribution equipment PLC knowledge Why Join Us Stable, fulltime role with competitive pay and benefits Handson work with cuttingedge distribution technology Opportunities for skill development and internal career growth Supportive team environment that values innovation and collaboration Career Level: IC - Operations Support - O3 #McKessonRPO We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
