What this job involves: In partnership with the Regional Facilities Manager, Senior Facilities Managers, Program Managers, and the client, you will drive operational excellence in the regional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) program by organizing information, providing tools, reports, communications, trainings, and other resources as needed. This role leads and owns the organization, management and implementation of programmatic needs across all aspects of the regional IFM program, contributing directly to JLL's commitment to delivering transformative solutions for our clients while supporting operational teams and processes that impact customer satisfaction and business outcomes. What your day-to-day will look like: * Lead, attend, coordinate, organize content and presentations for team meetings at various frequencies including weekly, monthly, and quarterly * Manage the intake and organization of area level projects and initiatives for review with Regional Facilities Manager and other leaders * Communicate via multiple channels with Senior Facility Managers, Program Managers, the client and other leaders to build and sustain strong partnerships in a matrix driven environment * Use tools such as Corrigo, Visio, Smartsheet, Quip, and Microsoft Office to build appropriate tools for supporting operational deliverables, KPIs, and other projects * Create and maintain dashboards for KPIs and other relevant information to support regional teams to visualize performance and drive results * Act as main point of contact for sub-regional FM team(s) regarding team tools, resources, and gathering or validating site information and audits * Work across the region to solve customer requests and challenges while leading special projects either self-directed or in collaboration with the broader regional IFM team Required Qualifications: * Experience in managing local and regional projects, ideally in real estate, facilities, and operations where deliverables impact customers, operational teams and processes * Relentless and tenacious drive to deliver results and achieve expected outcomes * Strong analytical capabilities, combining ability to dive deep into data and anecdotal feedback, analyze status quo and synthesize findings * Proven track record of interaction with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization and establishing effective relationships * Great communication skills combined with ability to moderate large forums, facilitate dialog with stakeholders and clearly present outcomes * An excellent level of English is mandatory * Hands-on approach with attention to detail and ownership Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously * Comfort with working across multiple geographies and cultures, virtually and onsite, in a highly dynamic organization * Experience launching projects with limited data, starting from a blank sheet of paper * Experience in driving change management plans aimed at setting up new services or profoundly transforming existing ones * Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize and escalate in a complex, fast-paced environment * Additional languages beyond English * Experience with tools such as Corrigo, Visio, Smartsheet, Quip, and Microsoft Office Location: Onsite At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way - for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees.
