POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for analyzing financial and non-financial data with a goal of creating actionable information for decision makers. These analyses could be recurring or ad-hoc. In addition, this position will take a lead role in implementing process improvements within the Finance Group. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning

  • Serve as the single point of contact for the Business Unit & Divisions
  • Coordinate & manage Anaplan modeling and updating with communication to all involved parties
    • Budget
    • Forecast
    • CapEx
    • Workforce (Director of FP&A)
  • Monthly meetings with business partners to review & align on updates
    • Preparation of results summaries & variance analysis
    • Extrapolate trends and impact to future cost expectations
  • Oversee daily activities & ensure accuracy

Analysis

  • Drive analysis to enable better solutions, informed risk-taking, faster decision & delivery of sustainable results
  • Lead strategic projects that drive value creation and understand the full implications of deployment, align and influence key leaders
    • Utilize a standard ROI template to drive accountability of goals & initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business KPIs are achieved, validate quality of insights, recommendations, and business impact
  • Identify and recommend cost efficiency opportunities

  • Attend leadership team meetings & consult on day to day business decisions
  • Continuous process improvement offering a structured approach in the form of tools, information, and training

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related accounting experience
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports and data
  • Ability to effectively work as part of a fast-paced and highly motivated team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications
