Admissions System Supervisor

Make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven behavioral health organization. Centered Health is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused leader to oversee daily operations within our Admissions Department. Youll guide a team that supports clients and families seeking care across our mental health treatment centers in Malibu, Moorpark, Agoura Hills, and Culver City. This on-site role runs MondayFriday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay starting at $25$28/hr and a collaborative culture centered on compassion and high-quality care.

What youll do: Lead and coach a team of Admissions Coordinators and Call Screeners; ensure accurate workflows and data integrity across platforms including Salesforce, KIPU, CTM, Excel, and SharePoint; conduct audits and maintain reporting dashboards; manage insurance and financial tracking to support billing and compliance; support continuous process improvement; and occasionally take calls to guide clients through the admissions experience.

What youll bring: High School diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelors preferred); 5+ years of experience in admissions or a related field; experience supervising team members; strong communication and customer service skills; and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, KIPU, and DocuSign. A patient, solutions-oriented mindset and genuine desire to help individuals seeking behavioral health support are essential.
