Job Description	ECU Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology in the Brody School of Medicine ( BSOM) is currently seeking two Lab Assistants to support the Gross Anatomy Laboratory operations for academic courses and the Anatomical Gift Program ( AGP). This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of the teaching labs. Lab Assistants will work onsite at BSOM and be required to assist with human cadavers. Students should be available to work at least 10 hours per week during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) each semester, with flexibility based on class schedules. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the setup and preparation of laboratory materials and equipment for classes. Ensure laboratory spaces are clean, organized, and properly maintained. Move and arrange equipment, supplies, and materials as needed to support lab activities. Assist faculty and the AGP as deemed necessary with operational activities.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)	Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move laboratory equipment and materials. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Must be in and maintain good academic standing within an ECU academic program.
