As the supervisor of the Supplier Support team, you will oversee and guide a group of Supplier Support Specialists. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and independent work environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. You will monitor system effectiveness, ensure accurate reporting, and optimize resource utilization. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining efficient operations, driving continuous improvement, and serving as a liaison between the team and various stakeholders including suppliers, IT teams, and distribution partners.

Target salary is $73k, plus 5% bonus eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage Supplier Support Specialists.

  • Schedule and facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions.

  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.

  • Supervise team members performing traceability-related tasks.

  • Assist team members in aligning individual goals with organizational priorities and development.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage work schedules and PTO.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for escalated traceability concerns.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of escalations and call notes.

  • Participate in process improvement meetings and collaborate with business partners.

  • Communicate updates and reports to senior leadership.

  • Create and update knowledge articles and training materials.

  • Analyze incoming work for process enhancements and training updates.

  • Collaborate with IT and system teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Interact daily with functional business leaders and peers.

Minimum Requirement

Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Critical Skills

  • 3+ years of related customer service experience, leadership skills, and relevant reporting and communication experience.

  • Professional communication; strong written and verbal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Experience with SAP ECC, Salesforce, Service Now, ATTP, and Fiori is preferred.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Work schedule flexibility Monday through Friday, between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM (CT).

  • Strong attention to detail and listening skills.

  • Comfortable presenting to management and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in healthcare and customer service environments.

$64,600 - $107,600
