St Francis, WI 1st shift, M-F, 7am - 3:30pm $25 - $32 6 spindle New Britain Screw machines Set-up Operator Job Descriptions: The Six Spindle Screw Machine Set-Up Technician will be responsible for setting up and operating a Six Spindle New Britain cam & gear driven Screw Machine Lathe and operating/machining quality parts per blueprint. The technician is also responsible for reporting any repairs needed to the machine as well as maintaining a clean machine/workspace. The candidate must possess the following: Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers Must be able to use gages Advanced blueprint reading skills Ability to grind own tools Knowledge of machine functions Basic machine repair knowledge Must use SPC Ability to use Vantage Basic computer skills Basic math and reading skills Must be able to lift to 50 pounds Mechanical aptitude Ability to read and understand basic English Safety minded always
