Job Summary
The Product Owner - Customer Analytics is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that support business decision-making and enhance customer insights. This role manages stakeholder relationships across multiple business units, translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables. The Product Owner will oversee the full lifecycle of analytics products, including Power BI dashboards and other advanced reporting tools, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with business goals. Serve as the primary product owner for analytics and reporting solutions, including Power BI and other data visualization tools.
Manage relationships and priorities across multiple stakeholder groups within back-office and customer-facing teams.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics products from requirements gathering through delivery and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with developers, regulatory teams, and business units to ensure reports meet compliance and operational needs.
Oversee quarterly portfolio reporting processes, consolidating inputs across pods and ensuring timely submission to regulatory teams.
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable user stories and requirements for development teams.
Engage proactively with stakeholders to elicit and refine reporting needs.
Communicate complex analytics concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, presentations, and leadership briefings.
Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Support ongoing efforts to enhance digital customer experience analytics and self-service reporting capabilities.
Job Requirements
5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within analytics, reporting, or data-driven environments.
Proven experience managing analytics or reporting products using Power BI or similar tools.
Strong understanding of analytics product lifecycles and stakeholder management in complex organizations.
Familiarity with portfolio management and quarterly reporting processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer analytics.
Experience with project and change management practices.
Self-starter capable of driving initiatives independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
Preferred: Experience in credit collections, billing, or PSE case analytics.
Preferred: Marketing or A/B testing experience.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST.
Work Location: Hybrid or remote, with availability to work in the office up to 3 days per week once space renovations are complete.
Overtime: Not applicable.
Travel: Not required.
Assignment Length: Minimum 6 months, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.
Reason for Opening: Additional support required for analytics initiatives.
Compensation Range: $65-$85 per hour, based on experience.
Team Size: Approximately 30 team members.
