We're looking for a Workday Systems Analyst to lead the charge in optimizing our Workday platform and transforming data into actionable insights. What You'll Do * Champion Workday Excellence: Own the continuous development, optimization, and security of our Workday environment. * Ensure Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits and maintenance to keep our data accurate, reliable, and ready for decision-making. * Deliver Insights: Create meaningful reports and analytics that help drive strategic business decisions. * Lead with Vision: Provide oversight and direction for Workday-related initiatives across departments. * Be a Problem Solver: Evaluate system configurations, respond to inquiries, and recommend smart solutions. * Innovate & Improve: Identify opportunities for enhancement, test new functionalities, and ensure smooth implementation. * Drive Quality: Coordinate system upgrades and testing, develop detailed test plans, and lead user acceptance testing. * Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams across the organization to resolve data issues and support business needs. * Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with Workday updates and implement best practices. * Empower Users: Provide training and support to help teams make the most of Workday's capabilities. Skills & Experience * Hands-on experience with Workday and Workday Adaptive Planning * Strong background in ticket management, user support, and documentation * Expertise in reporting, financial analysis, and process optimization * Workday certifications are a plus! * Proven success in implementing or optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Skilled in diagnosing and resolving system issues with strategic solutions Experience Level Intermediate - You've got solid experience and are ready to take ownership while continuing to grow. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
