 Experience engaging with vulnerable adults, i.e., individuals with developmental, intellectual, or behavioral challenges, criminal justice system involvement, and homeless populations Job Contributions 
 Interacts with clients to retrieve or deliver documents, including checks, debit cards, insurance cards, and legal documents. Physically assists clients in moving to new housing. Moves personal property to new housing or storage as needed. Coordinates with storage companies to move and store clients' personal property as needed.Secures vacant clients' residences and performs quarterly in-person inspections of vacant residences. Coordinates restoration and maintenance to uphold the property value. Practices biohazard exposure protections and disposes of damaged, soiled, and non-usable items per legal authority to revitalize the property and maximize resale value.Completes inventories of clients' personal property which may involve handling and securing firearms and other items of monetary value. Retitles and secures vehicles (with a wheel boot) per granted legal authority to maintain safety and security for clients.Solicits multiple offers from community businesses to establish fair market values of the clients' property. Assists in the sale of clients' possessions as needed.Obtains documents on behalf of clients incapable of retrieving the documents themselves from the Office of Vital Records, Department of Motor Vehicles, Social Security Office, and other various government agencies.Assists Fiduciaries in securing case documentation and purchasing or delivery services. Assists with various projects that can frequently change to support the department in meeting fluctuating goals. Working Conditions 
 Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire.Involves constant heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling over 50 pounds and driving a County vehicle within Maricopa County.Interacts daily with vulnerable adults, i.e., individuals with developmental, intellectual, or behavioral challenges, criminal justice system involvement, and indigent and homeless populations in situations that may become hostile or violent.Enters residences where biohazard material and/or pest or rodent infestations may exist.
