Hours and Pay

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM (end time may vary based on workload)

Employment Type: Long-term temporary assignment (with the option to stay indefinitely)

About the Role

As a Warehouse Floor Lead, you'll oversee a team of warehouse associates and ensure the efficient flow of materials and mail through the facility. You'll set the standard for productivity, safety, and accuracy, all while contributing to the success of one of the industry's most trusted distribution networks.

What You'll Do



  • Lead and coordinate warehouse team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
  • Monitor team productivity to maintain a minimum of 450 pieces processed per hour.
  • Read and accurately recognize zip codes and barcodes on mail pieces.
  • Input zip code numbers efficiently using a standard 10-key pad.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and forklift operations as needed.
  • Use RF scanners and computer systems to track inventory and verify shipments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Bend, stretch, lift (up to 30-50 lbs.), and move throughout the shift.
  • Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training for team members.



Qualifications



  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Forklift and shipping experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet performance targets.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability required.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Prior experience using RF scanners preferred.
