Sales Project Associate

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers and contractors to drive trust and repeat business.
• Provide quotes, handle special orders, and manage advanced pricing both in-person and over the phone.
• Support the sales of commercial door frames, hardware, and security systems to outside sales contractors and commercial clients.
• Serve as the key link between customers, purchasing, production, and technical/design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Respond to inquiries, provide pricing and product information, and ensure timely follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
• Conduct proactive sales calls and follow up on projects to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Prepare accurate material take-offs for commercial projects and assist with technical drawings and specifications.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques through company training and self-development.
• Ensure orders, pricing, and product data are entered accurately in the company system.

• Must have experience assisting customers and contractors by providing quotes (in person and over the phone), handling special orders and advanced pricing
