Description

As a Landscape Technician, you'll be a key player in maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our properties. Reporting to the Building & Grounds Supervisor, you'll operate hand and power equipment to perform landscaping and snow removal tasks safely and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees by mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and applying mulch.
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns and landscaped areas.
  • Perform snow and ice removal during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment or machinery.
  • Travel to local properties to ensure consistent upkeep across all Kapco locations.
  • Work efficiently, adapt to changing priorities, and support team goals.

Education & Experience Requirements:



  • Minimum 1 year of landscape experience.
  • Ability to operate power equipment safely.
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a 3.0 Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License within 6 months of hire.


Physical Demands:
This is a medium-duty role that requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, frequent bending, twisting, climbing, and reaching.
