Vizient is seeking a strategic and collaborative enterprise leader to serve as AVP, Culture. In this high-impact role, you will shape and lead our enterprise culture and engagement strategy-building programs, shifting mindsets, and embedding purpose, performance, and belonging throughout the employee experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and partner cross-functionally to drive culture transformation aligned with Vizient's mission and long-term business goals. This role is ideal for a culture innovator and people strategist who blends visionary thinking with operational excellence and data-driven insight. Key Responsibilities Lead Vizient's culture transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap. Design and scale enterprise programs that build a high-performing, purpose-driven culture. Shape the employee experience across the lifecycle, including hybrid work and wellbeing. Oversee continuous listening (engagement, onboarding, exit) and translate insights into enterprise action. Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent, DEI, and business leaders to embed culture into systems and behaviors. Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing culture and engagement team. What We're Looking For 12+ years in organizational culture, employee engagement, or people strategy. Experience driving culture at scale and influencing executive leadership. Expertise in employee listening, behavior change, and hybrid workforce strategies. Strong collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
