The Copilot Studio team is on a mission to supercharge agentic solutions for enterprise and personal productivity.We are looking for a talented Principal Product Manager that will design, build, evaluate GenAI capabilities into Copilot Studio end-to-end, enabling makers and end users to leverage the latest in models, tools, multi-agent framework, and autonomous capabilities to solve problems at scale.Microsoft Copilot Studio consistently brings innovative products to market driven by the collaborative work from Product Management. We work closely with talented engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams to design and develop products tailored for the benefit of our customers and partners. ResponsibilitiesBe a product leader who deeply understands the enterprise customer and productivity scenarios to help deliver continued end-user value & drive adoption.Design and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM, SDLC) capabilities to allow enterprise customers to manage and scale large agent deployments.Engage on technical challenges, constraints and blockers with state-of-the-art AI capabilities for enterprise and personal productivity customers.Influence various product team owners to prioritize product features that are blocking customer scenarios by sharing feedback, explaining customer context & importance, effective communication and by leveraging senior leadership escalation, as necessary.Ensure Copilot Studio remains a market leader in agentic platforms for autonomous capabilities.Drive competitive evaluation of SOTA AI technology, staying ahead of the curve for latest advancements, adopting current solutions to new capabilities.Embody our culture and values. | |
