OverviewThe MCAPS Finance Organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Business Administrator to support the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of MCAPS Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team that is integral to every major business decision at Microsoft. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and confidence when interacting with executive leaders and internal business partners.
ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CVP, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritization of requests.Calendar Management: Proactively manage a complex executive calendar with strategic prioritization; make scheduling decisions on behalf of the CVP to align with business priorities.Travel and Compliance: Coordinate domestic and international travel (itineraries, logistics, registrations).Event Planning: Organize and execute leadership meetings, all hands, town halls, off-sites, and morale events.Rhythm of Business (ROB): Drive ROB in partnership with the MCAPS office, including planning cycles, staff meetings, LT cadences, and follow-through.Budget & Expense Management: Track discretionary budgets and process expense reports with accuracy and compliance.Procurement & Office Management: Manage office space logistics, including building-to-building moves, and procure goods/services as needed.Hiring & Onboarding: Oversee PCN management, requisition execution, and onboarding for new hires to ensure a seamless experience.Team Leadership & Culture: Mentor Business Administrators; set standards, share best practices, and build community.Manage team infrastructure (aliases, distribution lists, Employee Central updates, physical space).Foster a positive, inclusive environment aligned to Microsoft values, design engagement activities and feedback loops.Cross-Company Collaboration: Partner closely with MCAPS Finance LT and MCAPS office; collaborate with HR, Recruiting, CELA, Finance, and other executive groups. | |
