Shipping & Receiving Associate

Staffmark is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team! This role supports daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, kitting, labeling, and general material handling. $21/hr | 1st Shift | M-F | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Flexible to 8:00-4:30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties-prepare, verify, and log incoming/outgoing materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders.
• Assist with light assembly, kitting, and packaging tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using Excel and internal warehouse systems.
• Cross-train and support other warehouse functions as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar role preferred.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, sorting/filtering, simple formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn multiple areas of the operation.
