Inventory Control Specialist I

DaikinApplied is seeking a talented and eager Inventory Control Specialist. Keeps accurate inventory. Under direct supervision, you will ensure timely service to our customers.. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!

Location: In office, Staunton, VA.

Shift: 3rd shift, 10pm-6am

What you will do:

• Daily responsibilities include performing cycle counts, managing inventory procedures, and inspecting racks for damage and neatness
• Perform and oversee disposal of rejected or surplus material and scrap products
• Document inventory adjustments and seek approvals to perform inventory adjustments based on the company's level of authority
• Communicate issues and findings from the cycle count process to warehouse supervisors and hourly team members
• Review historic inventory transactions to determine root cause of inventory discrepancies
• Support the monthly inventory Record Accuracy report out

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in inventory control and cycle counting

• The typical salary for this position ranges from $19.37-$29.95 in Virginia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
