 PURPOSE OF THE JOB We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Mechanical Fiberglas Leader to lead a high-growth business unit with a revenue scope of $120M. This role will oversee the Regional Sales Leaders for East and West, and the Core Thermals operations team, with a strong focus on channel strategy, service excellence, key account management, and contractor engagement. Reports to: GM, Mechanical & Air Distribution Travel:Willingness to travel - upto 60% Span of Control: Leads a team of RSLs, KAM, Mechanical Contractor, and Core Thermals Operations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership & Business Management for Mechanical Fiberglas: 
 
        
 Own the strategy for the $120M business, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to ensure sustained success.Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market leadership across the Mechanical Fiberglas portfolio.Align cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and service operations to deliver on business objectives.
 
 
 Sales & Market Development: 
 
        
 Lead Regional Sales Leaders to expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve revenue targetsDrive commercial strategy and execution for the businessEnsure one voice to the customer and market
 
 
 Key Account Management & Mechanical Contractor Strategy:  
 
        
 Develop and lead the mechanical contractor engagement strategy to strengthen partnerships, drive specification, and increase pull-through demand.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance contractor programs and value propositions.Own and manage relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring alignment on major project specifications and long-term partnership goals.
 
        
 Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, driving satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and execution for contractor pull-through opportunities.Regularly review account performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead joint business planning sessions.
 
 
 Leading and developing a highly engaged team 
 
        
 Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team focused on customer experience, supply chain, and key account management.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.Align team performance with company KPIs and strategic objectives.
 
 
 JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 
 
        
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, building materials, or related sectors.Proven track record of managing large-scale business units and driving growth.Strong commercial acumen and channel strategy expertise.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
